This package is structured as a {{targets}} pipeline so that the workflow is reproducible. The pipeline is set up to run 1) Data pull and cleaning, 2) Data merging, and 3) Figure output and analyses. The pipeline and workflow be run easily using tar_make(). The first time you run this, you may get errors about missing packages. Install those and then try again.
First, you will need the targets and qs packages. Then, you will need any other package listed next to the argument packages in the tar_option_set()function call near the top of the _targets.R file.
Once you have successfully installed those packages, run the following lines to build the full pipeline. Note that the inventory take 30 minutes to run.
