Should an option be added to export a CRL (Certificate Revocation List) based on the database, to enable checks for revoked certificates in other tools or PKI setups? Or the CRL can be exported from a new REST API endpoint, generated on demand.

Perhaps, although I think that is quite beyond getting the basic functionality we'd like to get working.
