Release of Version 1 of the FileSorter app for all platforms.

FileSorter is an app that sorts your files according to tags you place in filenames. This is a powerful app that has been over-engineered from the file extension sorters in online tutorials. This release includes binary or executable versions of the FileSorter scripts packed with Pyinstaller. The macOS version was further processed by Packages and Platypus. It supports the full functionalities of the python scripts with an interactive prompt. The only drawback is that scheduling currently requires the app to be open. This will hopefully be unnecessary in future releases. As of now, for full-blown automation, please use the command line to run scripts with arguments until this feature is added.
