For entries that are cross_ref=FALSE & ghost_entry=TRUE, there are some places that have Referenced=[something]. For ex, BONNYRIGG, BOSCOMBE, BURSLEM, CAMP HILL, CARFIN etc.
Should these places be cross_ref=TRUE?

For entries that are cross_ref=TRUE & ghost_entry=FALSE (1133 records), many records should be ghost_entry=TRUE, for ex:
This hinges on what we define as ghost_entry. If this is simply any entry that is not a unique station, then I think that ghost_entry should be TRUE for almost all instances of cross_ref=TRUE.
Another ex:
where the latter ABERNANT is actually a cross_ref AND ghost_ref, but now is only captured as cross_ref
I'm not sure there are any exceptions to this. Will keep thinking about it tomorrow.
