Docker vs Native Installation

There are two primary ways to install PySB: using Docker or natively. Docker is a container-based virtualization format. This means that PySB is installed in a way that's kept separate from your computer's setup. It's also easier to install, particularly on Windows. However, more experienced users may prefer to do a native installation.
