[Bug report][1.18.2] IN/OUT unconsistent behaviour when on server

Multiblocked-1.18.2-1.0.10.jar

Forge version:
Forge 40.2.10

Singleplayer or Multiplayer:
Multiplayer - normal Forge server

Installed mods:
FTB Arcanum Institute modpack from the FTB App

How to reproduce:
Start game
Directly join a server
try to modify an multiblock IN/OUT
settings don't change
it works when you enter a Singleplayer world beforehand and then join the server afterwards

Expected result:
Join server and be able to change IN/OUT settings on multiblocks
