This is a complete rewrite of how std beatmaps are converted, with the end result being more dependent on the original std map, rather than RNG from a fixed set of patterns.
- ❗ This is the default converter since it generates more playable maps. The old converter can be re-enabled via the experimental mod

- I don't have any good ideas on how to include them without making gameplay feel like crap
- If anyone has any ideas on a conversion rule/heuristic for Touch notes, please reach out to me so we can give it a shot.

- These are notes that provide an "all or nothing judgement". Any non-miss judgements will be treated as a perfect hit, allowing for mappers to make complex patterns, while not raising difficulty too much.
- These notes are indicated with a glow around the notes, rather than a drop shadow
