1) Do not ask the Admins to assign you issues that someone else created, you can ask if it is okay for the author to collaborate

2) Do not give direct PRs, if done twice, you will be marked as FLAGGED

3) Do NOT Raise issues which already exists, we'll ignore replying to those. And if spammed, you'll be FLAGGED
