ADD - List of Updates Available for Models in Model Browser

This proposal suggests adding a feature to the Model Browser that provides users with a clear and concise list of available updates for models. Similar to the current display for installed models, an "Update Available" indicator will be incorporated. This addition aims to enhance user experience by facilitating the management of instaled models updates.
