Android HTTP Bug Fix - 2.9.1-1

There was a bug on the Android HTTP server that existed because of the way I previously had the server written.

Bug Fixed and Features - 2.9.1

The following bugs were fixed:

• Custom logo being reset on overlay download
• Added a notice for windows users when changing logo due to a bug with flutter
• Removed text on the config page that was no longer needed
