Fixes some stuff for windows path locations

If php isn't in your path you can set its location in Config, you may have to delete your previous config for this update to work

Version 2.0.1 - Small Bug Fix

The config would generate wherever the program wall called, now it will make it where the program is stored.

There's an app now, wahoo

After much work, there is now an app that runs on Windows and Linux (can be built for Mac manually (PHP server can't be stopped though)).

This program has the ability to manage the overlay, run the php server, and download/update the overlay.

The only dependencies are that git and php are added to the PATH.

Make sure to keep everything in the zip in the same folder.
