Description

A magic spell inspired by OSRS called "Ice Barrage"
Damage and freeze a target and all mobs standing on the surrounding blocks. (3x3)
You can cast the spell with a very rare staff/wand found in (Nether?) dungeon chests. Called Ice Staff/Wand

(Optional Extra)
A magic spell inspired by OSRS called "Blood Barrage"
Damage a target and all mobs standing on the surrounding blocks. (3x3)
For each mob that is hit you regenerate some health back. Maybe half a heart?
You can cast the spell with a very rare staff/wand found in (Nether?) dungeon chests. Called Blood Staff/Wand

Features and uses

1. Mobs in a 3x3 grid take some damage and are frozen in place for 10 seconds

2. Frozen mobs visually look like they are standing in 2 blocks of ice stacked on top of each other

3. Ice Barrage sound is played when you cast the spell

4. You can only cast the spell with a staff/wand found in (nether) dungeons. Very rare

5. Ice barrage animation similar to that of OSRS when you cast the spell. (Optional)
