Description

Give potion effects progression stages.
Ex. After "potioneffect 1" is done, "potioneffect 2" starts, after "potioneffect 2" is done, potion effect 3 starts.

Features and uses

  1. Potion effects have progressing stages.
  2. Deal damage in last stage of said potion effect.

I will have to check to see what triggers are available but it should be possible I think.
