[UX Annoyance] Blip On Exiting Full-screen Image

Describe the bug
There is a blip that occurs from closing the full-size image carousel image. This is caused by the scrollbar going away on open, then reappearing on exit of the full-screen carousel image.

I remember this being an issue with the external dependency that I used, but ideally this would/will be fixed.

This is an annoyance as the screen resizes slightly after closing.
