Tmma 461 expand cypress tests (#224)

* user journey login, upload and delete, not including visualisation

* user journey from login, upload and delete. no visulations

* updated user journey test to include visualisation

* updated file path for select file, renamed description of test, deleted unused test file and old visualiations test script

* added test for large dataset, then delete file

* updated the large dataset test using different sample

* reduced wait time to 30 seconds for this test

* updated journey and dataset tests to reduce refresh time and to use the refresh button

* added if else for different test cases to large dataset and user journey

* Move the if condition so that the script is valid and the test can run
