Stable version for public release

The GUI is now fully self-contained and installable on Linux, Windows and MacOS. A GUI manual is available to guide users through the installation and usage.
Data files are now included on GitHub directly as well.

Beta release before stable production release

Fully implemented GUI and nearly fully documented code.
Readme and examplary notebook still need to be updated, but this has no effect on code and can be done after the release.
