Describe the improvement

Needle should have translations into other languages than English. Crowdin is free for open-source projects, and can easily integrate with GitHub.

getMessage() could be modified to use the interaction's locale. Discord is adding support for slash command localization soon.

  • Implement localization in Needle
  • Setup Crowdin

Problems this improvement solves

Needle should be accessible to everyone, not just people that understand English.
