Fix height setting for windows

Add handwritten style font

Added a new handwritten style font.

Implement the homograph feature and IVS.

Implemented contextual replacing to support homograph(多音字).
You can also use Unicode IVS (ideographic variant selector) to switch between different pinyin.

The font name was decided Mengshen-font

metadata-for-pinyin.json について画像を追加した。

Tentative releases PinyinFont

The font name is still undecided and some glyphs are also unchanged.
