Current implementation of the library allows descriptive modeling with great flexibility. Previous OMC compilers were capable of compiling the library.

However, newer OMC compiler, version 1.17, does not compile the library any more.

After little investigation, the implementation violates Section 7.1.4 of Modelica specification 3.5.
