General performance improvements
- Fixed a issue with toggle scripts that made them always run
- Improved some hashing code to eek out possible performance

Trail Changes
- Added emission to the trail particles
- Made particles scale with speed
- Made particles spread based on player speed
- Switched to using animation curves instead of mathf for performance
- Fix particles turning off fully when teleporting
