Importing to SSMS

Just download the theme from this repository and import into SSMS. If you're not sure how to do this, follow these steps:

  1. Make sure you have SSMS installed. This theme has been tested with SSMS 19.0 but should work fine with future versions.
  2. Download the SSMS_Olivine_Theme.vssettings release from this repository.
  3. Open SSMS, go to 'Tools' > 'Import and Export Settings'.
  4. Select Import selected environment settings and click 'Next'.
  5. Select No, just import new settings, overwriting my current settings (the alternative option allows you to back up your settings if needed). Click 'Next'.
  6. On the Choose a Collection of Settings to Import panel, click 'Browse', navigate to the downloaded SSMS_Olivine_Theme.vssettings file. Click 'Open' and then 'Next'.
  7. On the Choose Settings to Import panel, under Which settings do you want to import? question, select all options and click 'Finish'.
