This project was generated with Angular CLI version 16.1.8.

Project Summary : This App simulates the drone motion on Google Maps based on user-provided information. Static/hardcoded start position marked for drone in the map, then move the following drone to the latitude and longitude provided by the user. The movement should take x seconds to perform. X will be configured by the user.

Features:

  • Display world maps in your app background, npm package used is @angular/google-maps for the same.
  • Take latitude,longitude and time as input from the user.
  • When a user clicks on the 'simulate' button, used Google map marker to display the drone and draw the entire expected path. Keep updating the drone position with time and also update the progress over the map.
  • Functionality where user can used to 'pause', 'resume' or 'reset' the simulation.

Requirement

Replace YOUR_GOOGLE_MAP_API_KEY to your existing or newly created API key in project's environment file.

Development server

Run ng serve for a dev server. Navigate to http://localhost:4200/. The application will automatically reload if you change any of the source files.

Build

Run ng build to build the project. The build artifacts will be stored in the dist/ directory.
