First stable release after refactoring

• Object oriented codebase
• Fuzzy speed and manual speed setting
• Redesigned interface and correct motion equations
• Board size is now closer to the original Stacker game
• Standard packaging using setuptools

Edit: Windows stand-alone package by @t-rekttt, not sure about architecture (32-bit? 64-bit? or both?). Actually I'm not even sure if it works though.
