Agent DVR

Live streaming and recording works. This uses FFMPEG to record by default so ensure that UDP from the DVR -> Camera is blocked. VLC may work better - but also seemed to use more CPU?

• Add Device
  • Video Source
  • Change Source Type to IP Camera
  • Set the Live URL to rtsp://IP/live
  • Click on the ... by Source Type IP Camera
    • Leave a Live URL only, dont set a Recording URL because the Arlo's (Pro 2s at least) doesn't support two streams.
    • Click on Video Source > FFMPEG
      • Change Buffer to 3000
      • Change RTSP Mode to UDP
      • Change Prefer TCP to Off
  • Recommend a Max Framerate of ~15-20
