  • Upgraded the boss base from base_boss to CBaseNPC (Requires the extension located here)

  • Wall Hax was re-added but Debug Mode was removed due to some functions of Debug Mode being incompatible with CBaseNPC

  • Fixed a bug where the Renevant wave messages won't show up
  • Upgraded the boss visibility system to now see through clip brushes, glass, and other surfaces players normally get static from when looking at bosses, and to see players far better

  • Added boss disco mode and festive lights
  • Upgraded the pathing algorithm to use the one found in CBaseNPC
  • Added a new developer command, sm_sf2_reloadprofiles
  • Renevant now actually works

  • Footsteps can now be casted via animation events
  • Fixed the many timer bugs where they weren't forcefully ending properly
  • Fog should now affect boss visibility
  • body_pitch and body_yaw now get affected when a boss chases a player and can see them, otherwise their values get set to 0
  • Fixed a bug where bosses with ground movement with old_animation_ai off still affects the animation speed
  • Modified the boss jumping function
  • Gesture shooting now stops during animations like stun animations or attack animations
  • Reverted the Cow Mangler projectile to its original state
  • Hopefully fixed a bug where projectiles can hit players through surfaces
  • The boss entity health no longer flips back to 30,000 if it reaches 0
  • Adjusted GetVectorSquareMagnitude to be simpler

Changelog from Batfoxkid

  • Added an "AFK mode" that acts similar to sm_sf2_nopoints. Can be triggered via a command (sm_slafk) or whenever a player is AFK for 60 seconds by default, can be adjusted with a CVar sf2_player_afk_time.
  • Fixed a bug where using ! commands triggers the command twice.
  • sm_sf2_nopoints can be used to target other players.

Giant changelog

  • The Atomizer, Boston Basher, Three-Rune Blade, Your Eternal Reward, Spy-cicle, and Wanga Prick are no longer restricted at the cost of them having no stats and being a stock reskin

Slender Fortress 1.6.1 Pre-Release 1

There appears to be a game breaking bug in TF2 that makes 1.6.1, the Dev 1 release, break and all other Slender Fortress versions break. For the time being, pick up the mostly stable pre-release build or snag the gamedata only and upgrade your servers. 1.6.2 (Now known as 1.7.0) is still in development, just taking a lot longer than expected.

  • Added a new special round, MODified Bosses (Will not trigger if no MOD bosses with the key value "admin_only" are in the server)
  • Fixed TF2ItemType memory leaks (This means SF2M will be as stable as it is)

  • Fixed a bug where when Class Scramble is active, the person who picked up the page has a chance of not receiving their equipped weapon
