Introduction

With this user story we mean to formulate a wish without knowing yet whether and how it can be realized.

Hypothesis and reason for this user story is that zenroom can/will be a crucial part of the intended solution direction.

We illustrate the story using a health care allowance example (work in progress)

As competent athority

That is in this case

foaf:name "Directoraat-generaal Toeslagen (DGTSL)"@nl ;

Intermezzo

  • CPSV-AP provides a minimal common basis within Europe to describe public services.
  • We adopt cpsv-ap with its own regels.overheid.nl (ie ronl:) custom namespace to get an almost complete metadata description of the public service
  • For health care allowance this is in work in progress

dct:title "Determine health care allowance decision."@en ;

Wants to

I want the metadata linked above to be validated and as self-authenticating evidence to be used in places of service provision for access to health care allowance for which I am not necessarily responsible myself.

So that

So that citizens can rest assured that the right duration and amount of the health care allowance have indeed been determined with the correct set of rules specifications, regardless of where, by whom and in what manner the calculation is offered.

A better example to investigate this question is the retirement age. There is a documentation of this in Dutch, of which I will make an English translation. There is also a CPSV-AP-RONL description available. This will be updated.

I expect to have this available with the requested examples in the course of next week.
