Added the exoplayer changes and also left out the weekly billing check that got added since it is not being used anyway. Added the browser pool download change aswell.

The same as the last version but i disabled the updater which was not cancelable due to setCancelable being set to false, but i disabled the entire updater, at least as far as i know.

Removed ads and tracking (afaik), also unlockes features that would be behind paywall (untested)

Known issues: Saving a tag seems to crash the app and a dialogue pops up. Tapping wait keeps it running. IDK what that is about, so if you save a lot of tags like for artists it could take you about 3-8 seconds to save a tag which is annoying but idk how to fix that...
