My first question is: when the plot data is exported to csv file after choosing an activity mode, I found the last column containing negative values in all csv files. Could you explain what those negative values mean and how it was calculated?
Also, it looks like there is a kind of sequence, like 3, 2.5, 2, and so on. Could you explain why? I've attached an image showing what I found in a csv file.
My last question is, I would like to track the same cells over time. Is there any function that I can register or save the ROI from one image and use it to another image by uploading the previous ROI?
Attempted alternative approaches:
I already tried using the classifier function, but it didn't work.
