Added

• 5 new commands: /info user, /info server, /info role, /embed create, /embed edit
• Added a error handler which logs errors in console and posts logs in a webhook.
• Added views folder which contains the base View and other relatively complex views.

[v0.1.0] Initial Bot Setup

This release defines the basic bot code which includes: plugin loading system, ping command and jishaku owner commands. Actual bot functionality will be added in the next releases.
