HelpMe Command

MultiChat features a network wide equivalent to the common /helpop command in plugins like Essentials. This can be used with the following command:
/helpme <message>
Permission: multichat.chat.helpme
This causes a bold message to be displayed to all staff members with the multichat.staff permission. This can be used by players to inform staff of an issue no matter what server on the bungeecord network they are on.
