  1. Migrate to new mycore version and fix some issues 

    * migrate to 2023.06.0-SNAPSHOT
* added missing jquery-confirm and enabled it in stylesheets
* removed obsolet properties
* removed h2 dependency
* moved solr stylesheets to subfolders like in mycore
* fixed bug in _layout_template.xsl
