SIMA review

• Introduction of the CCPP is complete
• Next meeting will focus on getting all questions on the table

Leadership Changes

• Mike Kavulich is now the primary point of contact between the CCPP DTC Team and the CCPP Framework development team
• Lulin Xue is the new NCAR co-lead for the CCPP, stepping in for Mike Ek

Discussion of CCPP Framework Governance

• According to the CCPP Framework Governance document, CCPP Framework governance committee members are supposed to "... have input in the developmental process". This input includes:
  • "... approve new design documents and design changes"
  • "Review, provide feedback on, and approve framework code changes."
• Have these steps been followed in recent CCPP Framework changes (e.g., PR #452)? Do we need to update (clarify) the workflow to reflect the governance?
• The CCPP Framework technical committee listed in the governance document is quite out of date. Time for an update?
