Previous notes

  • CPPP Framework meeting time
    • As I stated in my email, unfortunately we weren't able to find a time that works for everyone with the previous survey
    • Thank you everyone for your feedback on the new survey! As before there is no time that works for everyone, but the potential times are more promising:
      • Best is the 30-minute slot from 3-3:30 on Mondays; only Steve and Chunxi can not make this time
        • To extend to one hour, we can do 3-4 (Grant and Fanglin will have a conflict for the last 30 minutes) or 2:30-3:30 (Jordan and Dom have a conflict the first 30 minutes)
      • The next-best option would be for 10:30-11:30 on Wednesday. Lulin and Dom will not be able to make this time, but everyone else is available (Jordan and Steve are not available for the first half hour, I have a conflict at 11 but that conflict will be ending in a couple months, and I can probably skip it most days)
      • Other options?
  • Code unification strategy
    • Continued discussion from last time

CCPP Framework management meeting 02-07-2023 Attendees: Michael Kavulich (N. Idaho), Ligia Bernardet, Cheryl Craig, Grant Firl, Matthew Dawson, Dustin Swales, Courtney Peverly, Jordan Powers

Mike hopes to have bug fix for unit converter this week.

Courtney on optional metadata fields for “constituents”. Waiting until they have more chemistry in. Currently have workaround, need to revisit issue of using list of variable names or aliases. She will let us know.

Future meeting time. First round of proposed times didn’t work for EMC folks. Second round there is some overlap. Looks like Monday at 3-4 is the winner! Still Bi-weekly.

Anymore thoughts on code unification strategy? Courtney states they are marching along. Still harmonizing between the Capgen development and Steve’s branch, in their CAMDEN infrastructure (from Cheryl).

From Ligia, meeting between DTC and CGD people tomorrow. More on code management and where code should live.
