Tag explanation and where to start

Discussion: start a discussion on image.sc . Anyone is welcome to contribute to the discussion, just link to forum thread if you have started one in the issue.

Curation: can be done from biii.eu directly. If you want to edit existing entries, note that you need to be a confirmed tagger. There is some hidden batch tagging option, that can be fine tuned if needed. Note that these can hurt a lot, so only for very confident batch taggers. Some of the curation tag issues just require time and good will any tagger. So if you are new to biii, you may want to focus on these issues.

Websitedev: this requires to have a knowledge of the development environment, as explained in the wiki. when a fix is provided, please use the tag Waiting for deployment to the issue and indicate the related pull request or commit.

Ontology update Bug report or suggestion on BISE core Ontology or EDAM BioImaging

dev environment Related to setting up the environment dev for website developers (related to lando, gitpod etc...)

good first issue Everything is in the tag label :)
