The objective with this notebook is to retreive the publication metadata from the Thoth API

Existing notebook: https://github.com/NFDI4Culture/CPS-Demo/blob/main/copyright-page.ipynb

A version of the notebook has been made in the past but it needs extending to add more fields.

A need publication entry in Thoth will be made.
