A HipChat bot for polls. Based on arleslie/HippyBot.
Ideas for the future :
- Schedule automatic launch of the poll on Tuesdays at 10 or 10:30
- Schedule automatic stop of the poll on Tuesdays at 12:00
- Allow custom poll for other events
