Add a shimmer effect to schedule loading #359

Currently, on the "Trocas" tab the schedule takes some time to load (which is normal since it is fetching it from sigarra).

With that in mind, we should add a shimmer effect so that the user does not have a blank schedule for 1 or 2 seconds.
