Analysis of output data

We have added several Python scripts to analyze output data from the LSNM neural simulator, including transforming the neural activity to integrated synaptic activity (ISA), transforming the ISA to fMRI BOLD time-series, transforming the output data to MEG signal, and calculating functional connectivity among given regions of interest (ROIs), among others. The analysis scripts are contained in the analysis subdirectory.
