Extend workflow to include further post-processing after upload

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
It is time-consuming to manually run visualization scripts after the run has been uploaded. It would be nice to enable a generic feature to perform further post-processing through another repo and commit after the upload and crawling are successful.

Describe the solution you'd like
Through a hook or some process spin up an ECS/2 instance, checkout a repository, install the environment, and run a script.

A couple of examples:

• Automatically run validation comparisons
• Create the aggregates
• Process the results for state fact sheets after an upgrade run.
