Fix not found and moved windows

This release has some fixes:

• Fix config file not found (d537f51, thx @pineman)
• Deeper nested windows than the highest nested windows weren't found (e506648)
• This fix sets the windows as "correctly placed" only if the window title matched, too. Otherwise they weren't moved if the first workspace matched but not the title (f2a92df)

Build is from last GitHub-Action and is build with Python 3.11.

This release has these working features:

• Move workspaces to outputs
  • Display names are used instead of port names. So there is no issue if the display is on another port
• Move application windows to workspaces
  • Move all windows from one application to the correct workspace (window title needs to match)
• Configuration is saved where your sway configuration is
