Measures added only in the pbix

When connecting to a data set / Semantic model, you can add additional measures in the reports pbix in addition to the measures in the report. It would be useful to be able to report on the measures that have manually been added to the report

Great idea! I had an initial stab at this and created the rule below which I'll include in the documented rule examples with an explanation. Thanks for the suggestion.
