Issues States workflow doesn't work.

📜 Description:

The Issue States workflow seems to be broken on the latest version of Github projects. From this issue, it seems as though no event is triggered when cards are moved between columns.

✅ Expected Behavior:

Issue should close or open when moved to the appropriate column.

❌ Actual Behavior:

The Github action isn't triggered.

💡 Possible Solutions

Wait for a fix to the workflow or find another

Temporarily resolved the issue by adding another workflow.
