Dr. W. Stegemann is an emerging figure in the Neo-Cybernetics movement, known for his theories around the nature of life, intelligence and consciousness.
With a deep-rooted passion for Systems Science, Biology, Artificial Intelligence, and the intersection of philosophy and technology, Dr. Stegemann has recently joined the Neo-Cybernetic movement to pursue the quest for holistic understanding in the 21st century.
In one of his recent articles, Dr. Stegemann mentions that life can only be understood as a structure or system, which implies complexity beyond mere individual components. He also introduces the idea of the "attractor" that represents the subject status of a system, noting that this attractor can change not just in relation to external variables but by itself.
