Add: CCR planning mode

This requires at least the following:

• Settings:
  • Loop volume in liters (potentially a number between 6 and 10 liters as default value?)
  • Set-points for deco and non-deco. Potentially just reuse the max PPO2 settings from OC planning?
  • Oxygen consumption rate usage per minute (usually 0.9-1.0 liters per minute)
• Cylinder selection:
  • An oxygen cylinder: User needs to be able to select one cylinder as the oxygen cylinder. Should this allow anything other then 100%?
  • An diluent cylinder: Could be air, could be a trimix mix, user needs to select this cylinder as well. Sometimes diluent may also be the bailout cylinder (at the same time), should the app allow that?
• Tissue loading: Must be adjusted to load using a constant PPO2 during ascents and descents.
• Gas plan: Should include normal CCR usage (just oxygen and diluent) but also a bailout scenario.
