I have struggled to get a solution to this problem. I am using mzML files and I keep on getting this error. Could you help in solving this problem?

Hi Javan. That error seems to indicate that you have some sort of character that PeptideProphet cannot understand. Is your computer locale and language set to English? If not, that is most likely the issue. |

I am running philosopher on our HPC. I did run philosopher successfully two
months ago on the same data. I will check with the system administrator.
