The afp.conf man page contained large sections on CNID backends and encoding that largely duplicated information already in the Configuration chapter.
This PR consolidates information into other parts of the afp.conf man page, or the Configuration chapter, while removing aforementioned redundant sections.
This has the benefit of cutting down the clutter a bit in the already-too-long afp.conf man page.
I also took the opportunity to add a little more explanations of the mysql CNID backend.
