- 1/2cup Canned Corn
- 1/2cup Vegetable Stock
- 3tbsp Butter
- 1 1/4cup Heavy Cream
- 1cup Grated Dry Mozzarella
- 1cup Italian Breadcrumbs
- Salt, Pepper, Spices
- In a blender, combine
corn
andvegetable stock
, blend until thoroughly mixed. - Add
butter
andcorn/stock
mixture to a saute pan on medium-high heat. When thebutter
has melted and the mixture is almost to a boil, addspices, flour, and heavy cream
, stirring constantly. Once combined, set aside to cool. - Once cool, ball dough around
mozzarrella
. Coat balls in breadcrumbs and fry in oil until golden brown.
