Using NPM without opening ports

Hey all

I really want to self-host some stuff at home without opening ports, my parents are quite strict on that front.
Currently, I'm using Cloudflare Tunnels for that, and I'm mostly happy with it, beside of the fact that I want to self-host it.

I then started digging around the Internet and found SSH-Tunneling. It does need a second server in a datacenter, but I think it could work that way.
My problem is, I'm really not familiar with the terminal.
So I wonder if you guys know a project which does the same as NPM with the add-on of the SSH managing part.

Before you ask, yes, I already searched for a solution but couldn't find anything. Maybe I just had the wrong keywords.
