  1. cmake: remove fixCmakeFiles 

    Rewriting /usr and /opt to /var/empty is no longer necessary since the sandbox was
introduced. It also introduced unexpected side effects and changes paths like
$out/etc/opt/ to $out/etc/var/empty/
