Description of changes

Should be addressed in unstable by #338875

Also built pkgsStatic, pkgsCross.aarch64-multiplatform, pkgsi686Linux variants.

  • For non-Linux: Is sandboxing enabled in nix.conf? (See Nix manual)
    • sandbox = relaxed
    • sandbox = true

  • Tested compilation of all packages that depend on this change using nix-shell -p nixpkgs-review --run "nixpkgs-review rev HEAD". Note: all changes have to be committed, also see nixpkgs-review usage
